Regular Payment Plan

BACK
If you need to transfer money overseas on a regular basis, such as monthly mortgage payments or pension payments, fluctuations in currency exchange rates can make a big difference in your monthly budget. To cut out the guess work you can secure a fixed exchange rate with a Regular Payment Plan.

The benefits and options available with this service:

  • The most competitive commercial exchange rate available, instead of the tourist rates offered by banks.

  • You can fix the exchange rate for six months to two years. This means that you will know exactly how much you will pay in Sterling and how much will be deposited into your overseas account. Protecting you against fluctuations in the rate of exchange.

  • If you don't need the regular payments to start straight away, but the current exchange rate is favourable, then you can fix the current exchange rate for when your regular payments do start. This allows you to lock in rates when they are favourable.

  • No commission charges.

  • Lower transfer fees than the bank.

  • Shorter transfer times than the bank.

  • The convenience of paying by Direct Debit.

  • A Moneycorp adviser to guide you through the simple set up process and provide guidance on the currency market.

  • You will also enjoy peace of mind dealing with an established company that has maintained an ISO quality accreditation since 1996 and which trades in excess of £5 billion on behalf of it's clients each year.

  • Office opening hours of 7:30am to 10:30pm, Monday to Friday and 10:00am to 4:00pm on Saturdays.

    So how does it work?
The Regular Payment Plan is flexible to suit your needs.

Your regular payments will be paid to Moneycorp by Direct Debit. Moneycorp will then arrange for all currency transfers to be made to a bank account specified by you. Moneycorp will not debit your account more than 5 working days before the value date of your currency payment.

Please note that the minimum monthly transfer amount is £250.

    How much will it cost?
The only charge for this service is a £4 transfer fee for each transfer made on your contract.

    Bank receipt charges eliminated
Moneycorp guarantee that clients will not pay any bank receipt charges when sending funds abroad*. This guarantee applies regardless of the amount being transferred or to which bank the payment is being made.
*Should a client incur such charges, Moneycorp will refund them in full.

How do you register for the Regular Payment Plan?
Registration is both quick and easy. Simply open a Trading Facility. A Moneycorp adviser will then call you to discuss the service with you in more detail. Opening a trading facility does not commit you to transferring any funds.
